Reconsider the limited parking arrangements!!! A distinct lack of lift access can hinder those with mobility issues!!! Outdated room decor and inadequate bathroom cleanliness are also areas for much-needed improvement!!!

Superb size for a couple in our double room with a massive bed and an inviting settee.

Some breakfast options came out lukewarm, but this varied, and luckily, we found some dishes that were quite enjoyable. The window in our room couldn’t open, which was a downside. it created a somewhat cramped feeling that some might not appreciate on a hot day.

Really enjoyed my stay! The location was perfect, right near the Cathedral. The breakfast was beautiful, and the staff were super friendly. My double room was comfy and spacious, but the bathroom could use some updates. Had a lovely dinner too, with a nice menu at the restaurant. Would’ve been better if there was a lift.

We had a lovely stay, super close to Ely Cathedral and nice riverside views. The room was clean and the staff were really friendly. The food was tasty too, especially in the bar area. Just wished our room hadn’t felt like a sauna. They do have fans, but it would’ve been perfect with AC!
